Silk Ribbon Wholesale


If you are a wholesale buyer, please click here to create an account. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must enter a valid resale or tax ID number in the field provided OR you if you are purchasing outside of the United States, you will automatically qualify as a wholesale customer.

Go to Create Account and choose Wholesale and then fill out your information. Create a new password for yourself. Then your information will be saved and the next time you visit our website, you can proceed to Log In. You will be able to access all wholesale pricing which is based on the total quantity of your silk ribbons, scarves or crystal strips purchased.


Orders are accepted by phone, fax, email or website at: www.classactdesigns.com.
Minimum for wholesale is 12 pieces, any mix.
All orders take approximately 1 day-1 week to be shipped. Custom orders may take 1-3 weeks.


All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail ($7) or by USPS Priority mail Medium Flat Rate ($14) or Priority mail Large Flat Rate ($18). Express mail (overnight) can take 1-2 days and is available for $25 or more depending on weight of shipment.


Shipping will be determined after each order is placed and will be charged separately.
You may bypass the shipping charge on our website checkout.
Please email your choice of shipping method to us. We use USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS, Fed Ex and DHL. If you have an account #, please email to us and we will use that to cover your shipping cost. We will email the shipping cost to you and will then charge after your approval.
Delivery can take from 5-24 days depending upon shipping method.

Pricing as of June 1, 2013

Minimum per order: 12 pieces, any mix

12-99 pieces total order - $4.25 each and $5.25 each for metallic edged silks
100-249 pieces - $3.50 each and $4.50 each for metallic edged silks
250-499 pieces - $3.25 each and $3.25 each for metallic edged silks
500+ pieces - $3.00 each and $4.00 each for metallic edged silks

Extra Fees

$25 tagging fee for each set of one of each of our silk bundles with color name and item number on each piece. $25 tagging fee for item number and color name on separate bags if requested.

ITN Number Fee

$20 For order(s) over $2500 USD value, an international export tax number is required.

Wire Fee

$15 USD wire transfer fee from our bank (Chase). Please make sure all fees are paid through the bank from the country of origin of the wire transfer. We will email our bank transfer SWIFT number and account and routing number when requested by email.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal check, cashier’s check, money order or wire transfer. All orders are to be prepaid unless terms have been pre-arranged. We will hold all orders until payment has been received or authorized.

Custom Colors - as of June 1, 2013

We are happy to make custom colors upon request. You can use our existing colors to make new blends, submit color swatches for new solids or blended colors, or change edge colors with existing edge thread colors.
The minimum quantities and prices are as follows:

New solid colors and/or edge colors: 50 piece minimum and $.25 more per piece
Blended colors and/or edge colors :100 piece minimum and $.25 more per piece
Metallic edged silks -same minimums as above and $.25 additional per piece

We will send a sample for approval. Once approved, there are no returns or refunds on custom colors. Class Act Designs will not sell custom colors on the website or at shows for a period of one year unless permission has been granted. If the customer does not reorder a custom color within a year of their first order, Class Act Designs will sell the custom color at their discretion and end the exclusivity agreement.
