Returns, Exchanges, Credits

Customers are welcome to return silk ribbons for exchange or credit within 7 days of receipt.  (14 days for international orders) Returned silk must be in the same condition as received. If ironed, there will be a 10% restocking fee on the value of the silks returned. If silks are received damaged, please email or call us to arrange for replacements. It is the responsibility of the customer to mail back any returns or exchanges. We will not charge postage on items sent back to the customer when returned for damage reasons or mistakes made on our part. Please include a note with any returns with your return package and provide us with your reason for return or exchange, your replacement choices, and your shipping address. Return postage will be charged for any exchanges.
